What is the average wait time for an appointment?

Three to Six months.  Once you book a session, email me with “cancellation list” in the subject line and I’ll let you know if something opens earlier.  You must have a session booked to get on the wait list.

I’ve scheduled my appointment, now what?

You will receive an email immediately following your booking.  If you don’t receive an email, you didn’t book a session!  Clients will then receive a confirmation email two days prior to the session, please cancel or reschedule your appointment by following the links in the email.  Please visit the “How to prepare for a session” section of my consultations page for additional information.

How do I pay for my session?

Payment is expected on the day of our appointment and can be made via PayPal, Visa and Master Card.

Do you work in person or over the phone?

All of my readings are done over Zoom.  I don’t pay much attention to the screen so please feel free to call in with your video off. I prefer to conduct sessions with the camera off so I am not distracted by body language or psychic impressions that may come through in a face-to-face session however I will leave that to your discretion.  Sessions will begin with the camera on, and then you can let me know which you prefer.

What are your normal office hours?

I am currently open by appointment only. Readings are offered only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Do you offer evening appointments?  

Not at this time.

Do you record the session?

Sessions can be recorded on Zoom and must be downloaded within 72 hours of the session. Clients are welcome to record the session if conducted over the phone.  Recordings are not guaranteed as technical difficulties do occasionally occur.

What if I don’t like my reading?

If in the first 30 minutes of the appointment, you don’t get the sense that this will be a valuable experience for you, please let me know and I’ll close the Records and won’t charge for the time.

Can you connect with deceased people during a session?

Yes, individual loved ones can and often will step forward during a session.  Please ask about them during the session!

No, those are natural heart shaped rocks! I began finding them in 1999, shortly after I released the desire to see love everywhere I looked.
